All I can say is wow! My husband and I just closed and received the keys today on an income producing investment property in one of the hottest markets in the nation! And it's all because of Robin's tenacity and dedication to her clients in putting this deal together for us.

Robin took time with us to understand our goals and narrowed down which properties would best fit our needs and long term objectives. She then put us in contact with an excellent loan officer to get us approved and work out the financing aspect. Within in no time, we were viewing properties and analyzing deals. Some were fixers and others were newly renovated multi-family buildings. For each property we walked through, she explained the pros and cons, cost of expenses, repairs needed, income, rents, potential cash flow, etc. Robin made things really simple and easy to understand from an investment perspective. Her communication throughout the process was superb! She was always prompt to make appointments when properties were fresh on the MLS. She corresponded with us, the sellers agent and loan officer to make sure we submitted offers that were competitive while also balancing the need for a bit of a bargain.

I can't say enough good things about California Golden Bear Realty! KP led my husband and I through the nearly year-long search for our Berkeley home. As first-time home buyers, there was so much we didn't know - both about the process and about the Bay Area market in general. It's amazing how much we learned through the process - and it's much thanks to KP. But, more than all of that, KP really understood the emotional side of the process.
